General Policies

There are a few things that we try to be consistent with. Most of them are behind the scenes and dictate some of our programmatic choices as well as some other things that are really kind of boring and why Jacob keeps track of them. There are a couple of things that you need to know:

1. Cost is never an excuse to not attend an event/activity. Funds are set aside to provide "scholarships" to those who need them. If you need a scholarship, talk to Jacob.

2. We always strive for a 3:1 student to adult ratio for all of our overnight trips.

The Box

The Box is where all payments for all youth events/activities should be deposited. There are envelopes adjacent to The Box; please use them. Be sure to fill out all the information on the envelope.
